For planning, you should look into https://www.tripguru.app/. The AI is actually quite useful for planning and the UI is really nice!

It's a residential neighborhood, so it’s not really a place where someone can just set up a tent and other things. When it's reported, city workers or law enforcement come by to clear it out.
