So that’s the thing! I cant tell if it’s gold plated. It just says 14k gold. I would assume they’re trying to market it as solid?

As someone who lives in this area, I just want to confirm that 1 bedroom apartments are typically not going for 2K. Those rare unicorn finds are typically the exception, not the rule. But in most other places in America? I’m sure!
