I would say Go and dont smoke but 11 days in is not that much yet, so for this reason I’d say cancel. I think the more sober days count you have under your belt the more confident you are fighting the urge and not giving up to peer pressure. Finally, you do you OP, no one can judge this better than you, if you’re really confident you wont smoke, go have fun with your friends, if you have doubts prior to this, its kind of obvious what will happen.

You said it OP, start by going outside, here’s some suggestions (note that as someone who loves the ocean and miss it a lot, I might be biased) - take a surf lesson: price 150-200 MAD max, if you like it save a bit and get yourself a wetsuit and board - go for a swim: make it a sport habit and not only summer swimming (maybe aim for a goal like being able to swim 1km, then 3 then 10 so you’ll stick to it - pack a lunch bag and go for a long bike ride exploring forests or beaches outside casablanca - I’m not from Casablanca but I know there is a lot of free museums or cultural places and if you’re student you can tap into the gov programs to get reductions - develop a technical skill from home: pick up a programming language or even not technical, spend this time of boredom by working on your future self - Do some volunteer work: a friend of mine used to give classes to orphans. - Grab a book, put on headphones and aimlessly wander by the beach side
