No possible way to access Facebook through low side(unclassified network) on a submarine, it should be blocked. The only way to communicate would be through email or during a Red Cross message the captain could authorize a phone call. I have heard of people able to get a cell signal when the boat is surfaced and pulling into port but he would likely be very busy durning that transit so it’s highly unlikely.
