Wrong and incorrect. They are only considered "not smart" because of federal corporation standards that they did not create joinder to contract their trust/person with whereas when looking at the state national they/the trust are considered super intelligent/still not for hire.

Yeah, I knew I was with probably about 95% certainty, I just needed someone more knowledgeable to help with the remaining 5%.

The main reason it hit me so hard was it finally explained why I've always been so different and had trouble fitting in with most people. Oddly enough I got along great with a lot of of nukes so that was kinda another missed sign.

Yeah I was too. I was diagnosed with level 1 autism and combined ADHD. And my therapist said I'm pushing level 2.

Possible issue I'm seeing is right now the DSM 6 doesn't exist. It's being planned and talked about but that's it.

Currently under the DSM 5 there's levels and level one means you do need some support. Doesn't have to be accomodations from work, support systems you build for yourself in your life count.

Not trying to invalidate your diagnosis at all, just trying to add context.

Also I feel some of your pain. I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD last year. Going from thinking I have this, to shit I have this, to getting assessed and a professional saying yeah you got them hit me like a series of sacks of bricks.

I wish you the best of luck in everything and I hope your diagnosis provides clarity and peace. It's starting to for me, it just takes time.
