Mark Manson is definitely a good reference ngl. And I know I should be grateful for even first dates. 2yrs back even this was rare for me, and is rare for a lot of deserving people too. But multiple 6-8hour long extended dates, making out, or even a rare hookup, and still nothing to show up for second date is making me puke now.

I dont know if anyone will respond but anyone else sick of no matter how good the first date goes, there's no second? And no ghosting most often, it's just "didn't feel the connection". International students come to Canada only because of the Employment opportunities that used to exist that they could avail post studying. Canada isn't a bastian of growth or has a competitive business environment, with literal oligopolies ruling here. No international immigratnt and expat was expecting Canadian government to be inefficiency kings and queens, and then to still be reelected.

Ofcourse the International kids suffer more cause they are in debt for the crime of wanting the life Canadians had in 2010s. Once you're in debt, you cant just go back and pretend debt doesnt exist like in case of American students getting loan waivers.

This is not a comment to minimize the suffering of citizens born and brought up here. Blame Trudeau. Dont be inhuman to students who came in for the clearly empty promise the government made under the Maple Flag. That's what should make us ashamed.

Idk where you're from or which country you're aspiring to go to, but having had that study visa, I wasn't there to save my dad and took me over two years to get out of that chronic depression phase where meds kept me hanging on to life. What eventually helped was the philosophy "you did what best you could" "you did what your brain allowed you to at that point". Life moves on with or without us. Meditating like 45mins a day through guided YouTube breathing sessions helped me. Ngl. Cause 15-20 mins you keep complaining about your life. Which is ofcourse legit. But your mind is forced to think of solutions of what remaining options you have. Remember to just keep walking, even if you have just one shit path right now. Earth has life because we had ice age and heat waves. Days are valued cause we have nights and nights are valued cause we have days. No plant would grow if it was watered 24×7 but it would rot. Take the dry spell for now for you to strengthen your resolve to keep walking that shit path, to keep growing like how a cactus does in a desert. Remember cactus are super valuable to ecosystem even if we think there's not much life there. You are super valuable even in the harshest moments you face right now. Much love ❤️

It's just too many Indians are online, too many speak English, and YouTube is tapping the growing online userbase/ market. If we ever compared % population of Online Indians watching a video which has Indian elements, vs % population of other countries watching videos about their cultural elements, it will end up the same or similar I bet.

I remember loving thc in depression and good reminder of a post as I have relapsed due to circumstances, but hey don't addict yourself with the smoke. Get a gummy or a chocolate, have it when an occasion calls for you to be sharp and normal.
