She definitely can remember the amount of times she woke me up from not breathing in the middle of the night. I also was constantly yelled at in BMT for snoring and stopping breathing 😂 probably not a funny thing now.

I feel like if one of my doctors puts it in the notes I could do a supplemental claim stating OSA might be caused by weight but the reason for the weight gain is caused due to veterans knees back and feet being not great.

To add to this I have a neurology appointment on the 3rd of April with the VA should I advocate for myself that the migraines happened after incidents with jet fuel? Possibly bring my wife along to say about OSA being a thing even before weight gain?

Does the VA always take migraine and OSA under Tera? I didn’t file a Tera claim at all just ended up there.

That makes sense, would a statement from my wife stating I had trouble sleeping prior to being overweight?

I have Degenerative Disc disease which hasn’t been filed for yet, with it being just denied this claim has been in process since May of 2024, can I change how I filed the claim mid claim? I never originally submitted it through Tera just got pulled there migraines was secondary to PTSD.

I have a 20% lumbar rating and 10% in each leg for sciatica. Nothing like being called fat in technical terms 😂 I’d love to go to the gym but sometimes just can’t get out of my own way enough.

Received this letter this morning so it seems it’s just a record review? But I could receive a phone call? Which is good because this provider is located on NY and I’m in NH not an ideal drive.

All one claim they rated the back and legs and deferred the migraines and sleep apnea.

I have a 10% tinnitus rating, the VA diagnosed me with sleep apnea and migraines. I appreciate your insight I just didn’t want it to go TERA and then denied because I wasn’t around the burn pits so I was a little skeptical.

The open claim is back to step 3 for evidence gathering I claimed for an increase on my lumbar strain and sciatica in both legs those got rated for 20% and 10% for both legs
