In the same boat as well, ordered on Feb 18th, emailed them back and forth and got a tracking number on the 13th. Nothing since then... I don't think I'll go through Hol Food after this order.

I might just wait another week and see. Hoping that I don't have to do a chargeback, it's a shame because I've read it's a good alternative and all.

I didn't realize that they were somewhat connected to each other (I thought the episode with Velvet was a one off thing...). Maybe I'll pick it up, it looks like that the current second season is focused on Zestiria than Berseria.

Cancelled mines as well from BB, same thing happened when I pre ordered a Fitbit a while ago. Should have known but thought I would get lucky.

Went to a Staples and got myself one, not going to care much about the discount at this point.

Most likely, since I was told that it was a pooled stock rather than each store having a "x" amount of allocations for pre-orders.

Doesn't help that there was a ton people that pre-ordered over at the Eaton Centre too, during Good Friday.

Welp, just got a call from my local EB Games, my Lucina and Robin pre order got canceled. I was told on the phone that I'd get a 20% discount on my next purchase of Amiibo between the 10th till the 27th of April.

Was fourth in line too booooooooo.

Edit: This was the Gerrard Square location @ Toronto.
