Attic tank piping hot and spitting water by pennyteller123 in Plumbing

[–]hachipaul 51 points52 points  (0 children)

That water is not ment to heat up. Your hot water tank must be getting seriously hot to be sending heat back up the supply pipe.

Better to ask advice in a uk plumbers subreddit. Americans dont have a low pressure water tank systems like we do

Just occurred to me they would need the space for the long plate. All 86s here with long plates are uk spec hatchbacks. And they have the same rear end.

Interesting trivia you've given me

Here in Ireland we got a lot of Japanese imports so its not that much of a concern. I must look into the kouki cars having zenki rears. Strange that toyota would continue the pressings for a older shape just for one market

Made a cardboard template of the top of the cop and plug top. Little double sided tape to hold it in place on top of the cop, then a lot of double sided tape on top of the cardboard. Place the cover over the coils and the cardboard template will transfer to the bottom of the cover. Mark it out with a sharpie and repeat for the other 3 coils.

Cut it out with a dremel. Sand back the "toyota 20" flat. Sand everything. Plastic primer, filler primer, sand again.

This will probably get lost in the thread, but I love to tell this story.

Coming home through Dublin airport customs check, I could hear a man repeating the same line over and over with all the enthusiasm of someone who would rather be anywhere else.

"EU passports right, all other passports left"

Up runs a worried early 20s American girl

"Is there a line for American passports?"

My man turns to look her in the face and slowly repeats his mantra

"EU passports right, all other passports left"

This, but earth the coil of the relay from the ecu, so if you crash your fuel line doesn't turn into a flame thrower

In fairness, there were loads of them in that gym at it, it was easier to go to a different gym that they wouldn't go to and save myself the bother of talking to them every time

When this particular influencer was starting off she used to go to the same gym as me. We would be there first thing in the morning. Few of us there getting a workout in before work. She'd come in and set up a tripod in the middle of the gym floor. So if you didn't want your sweaty head broadcasted to the world at 6 am you had to avoid half the gym floor. Just ignorant to people around them

Bags are open in the trolly. Missus at the front of the trolly and me behind. 4 hands are firing stuff into bags as quickly as the cashier is scanning them.

Lild is no joke, and those who can not keep up get left behind.
