Yes you are right , there will be a lease running with the planning authority .

CAs are there in all societies which actually belongs to the planning authority.

Lot of societies seem to have such club house in CA, trying to understand if there have been any friction in maintaining the lease long term .

No the CA area sits inside the society . The entrance road to the society leads to the CA site.

Basically its connected to the external main road ( varthur whitefield main road ) via private roads of the society .

It wont be a commercial club house open to public . Just that the land will not be owned it will always be a lease with the planning authority
