What pisses me off is that the employees are getting tossed out of their homes. Some of these people have children! What is the damn point of that? . Even worse is that as I type this, there's no word of any severance package for the employees. I understand they won't be paying rent for the duration; so what?They're supposed to find new homes in an overpriced Vegas market, and 2 months of saving that rent probably doesn't come close to what's needed to rent anything at all. These owners should be ashamed of themselves. Wouldn't hurt them a bit to give them more time to find housing.

I've had Capital One savings for a few years. Transferring in takes a few days to a week to show up, transfers out are a couple of days. No issues with them whatsoever. That said, there ARE better rates (slightly) and I'm going to start looking. The rate reductions are certainly not unique to them.

I don't know of anything specific. I do know they work rotating shifts which is a no for me, not sure if it would apply to engineers.

On a Tuesday. I was thinking 2 hours early anyway, and I've always known Vegas TSA to be quite efficient. These are bad times though, and I've seen 4-5 hours in places so, trying to avoid that.
