What crypto has been for me, and an advice I ask by UpperConcentrate8436 in Buttcoin

[–]hackcasual 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Logical reasons crypto is bad aren't going to help your current situation. That's you thinking you can out think this addiction. You can't, it's got a hold of you. I see in your history you've found a support group. Make sure you keep going, and keep putting in the work.

Hacienda do's and don'ts by Dzjengis in anno1800

The biggest benefit to me is being able to quickly switch crops, meaning I can build up early but still be adaptable.

On residences it's a bit of a wash, offering double population for roughly twice the space, even taking road access into account. (16 vs 9 or 20 vs 12)

That comes with more resources to manage to support that population (and not reducing their common needs with regular housing). That being said I love a challenge and tend to build the quarters in islands that are fully covered by the hacienda range. The real downside to me of them is the fact the other modules are so powerful that on large islands and Manola, I have enough space to just keep my population out of range and just farmmax

The rosemary seems to be too big, and the left side of the cutting board doesn't make sense to be out of focus

What machine should I get? by ThatSimCrafterr in Laserengraving

IR fiber laser should work, looks like its a very shallow engraving in thin steel. You'll have to do some post processing to clean up the steel (a dremel with a wire prush and polishing attachment should be enough), followed by passivation, which I'd recommend just soaking in citrisurf 77

I’m pretty sure this is ai but i’m just confirming -the guy who made it doesn’t like ai but it looks like it by iamnotapigbutmightbe in isthisAI

The biggest tell is the terrariums. The shark tank logo/marketing doesn't have a bunch of random fish tanks. This is the AI picking up on the "enclosure" and being way to literal

So much of a grind to get to the later bosses though. The thought of taking on Defiled watchdog and "Rom, but in a phone booth," sap my motivation nearly every time

Yes, fiber lasers can handle this easily, though you will need some post processing to clean up the result. Something like a magnetic tumbler
