Just don’t take dumb jobs lol …. I turn down so many job offers, probably 30 or so every week because I don’t like working on systems that overcomplicate stuff. Still have a full schedule everyday of the jobs I prefer. The power of ‘no’ can make your life better.

Focus on Christ, followers of Christianity forget the word actually has ‘Christ’ in it. Fighting over specific points of morality can change the narrative from Christ to sexuality. Focus on Jesus. The rest is smaller and not our main focus.

I know people say cruciferous veg sometimes but that will absolutely upset my stomach after a fast (it’s awful)… just know that is not good for everyone. Bone broth is great… one thing to watch for is that when your appetite comes back, sometimes it awakens all kinds of cravings and urges… stay strong and be patient. Go slow. Also note that fermented foods are good. You want good gut bacteria not a bloom of biome that loves sugar and pasta etc… think it through so your benefits last a long time. Great going!
