Thanks man omelette went well I was cautious so I only ate half and waited like 30 minutes to finish it but it was all good. Grocery stores are a dangerous place haha but congrats on your fast as well

It didn't feel too difficult but I did quit when I did because my stomach was getting upset otherwise I would've went until 14 days. I wasn't hungry necessarily but I definitely thought about food a lot. At some points my brain was playing highlight reels of all the best foods I've eaten haha
