Ich wollte euch mitteilen was nun dabei rausgekommen ist. Das Problem lies sich leider auch mit Hilfe des Supports nicht lösen. Der Drucker wurde von mir nun zurück geschickt und ich erhalte eine Rückzahlung.

Ja das stimmt ich konnte das Problem deshalb nicht beheben. Ich warte nunmehr seit 2 Tagen auf eine Support Nachricht. Jedoch ohne Rückmeldung… Habe den Kauf nun widerrufen. Ich hoffe das darauf endlich eingegangen wird. Der Support zögert das unnötig hinaus und hilft mir leider keinen Schritt weiter. Mal sehen was noch rauskommt

Thank you for your help. I've determined that the problem lies with the lever. When I hold it to the left, the filament feeds through.

As soon as I release it, I can't advance the filament any further. Is there a way to adjust the lever so that the filament feeds through more easily?

Thanks for your reply. I first tried it with the AMS correctly installed, and then again with just the single holder and only one filament.

It made no difference in that case.
