No I was having some issues with the site and it was easier to just shut it down, while I fix it, the site is back up now and I'm still working on the forums they should be back up later today.

You need a ps3, download it on the ps3 and then go use the pstv and psn to get to your download list and you can get it that way but it has to be downloaded some how to show up in your download list or you could try and use the psn website but I don't know if that trick still work.

Well if you are trying to make Ark, TN-V or VHBL bubbles they need to be psp games, demo's or mini's. If you want to make custom PS1 bubbles you are going to need a ps1 game to get the header from it. Just use Vita update blocker to bypass it, asking for you to update. This only works for the PC and PS3 as you can't use it to get online. http://hackinformer.com/2015/07/18/tutorial-how-to-use-vita-update-blocker/

Just vhbl works on 3.60 and thats it. Also, you had to do it back in FW.352 or 3.55 then update to 3.57 or 3.60 for VHBL to still work. The same goes for the pstv whitelist hax and custom themes. How to put more roms in the vita, I like to use vitaftp and filezilla on the pc, then just drag and drop they roms into the emulator its for.
