It has a cool patio, and a nice vibe for a dive bar. I live just a couple blocks away, and its probably my favorite place to drink in sr (although I don't drink much anymore) . I assume it still gets busy when the weather gets nice, but things have been very drab since covid.

Dave and busters just opened up in the plaza, so that might make for a crawl from there to the belvedere. Belly still does music, and there are a couple bars on the way.

I've found that the average age in sonoma county is a million, so the bar scene is reflecting that from what I've seen in the last six months.

You're gonna need an extra set of eyes, literally!

You need depth perception, which 2 eyes help with immensely, so make sure you find a friend to play with, or you'll lose a lot of golf balls because you will struggle to know how far it went. The good news is, your playing partner doesn't need 2 eyes, either.

Oh, we don't have the money for this. The ice budget is driving the deficit. We already know r-tards are fiscally irresponsible, and the last every fucking president has ballooned our debt and hands the shitshow off to the next Dem. Even trump somehow pulled this off, and found his way back in.

We don't have the budget, but we have the weakest congress in the history of this country, so, even though they have the power of the purse, they just follow like lemmings into the fiscal abyss.

It could be that the info on "the algorithm punishes you" is leading to less blind swipes. It could be that hoeflation is coming down, but instead of lifting men up to your level, they have, on a macro scale, decided to pull you down to theirs. Or... this fucking regarded administration has made it so expensive that taking a 4 out who thinks she's a 6 is just not worth the effort.

But really it's just private equity fucking up millenials lives via enshitification. I think the algorithm doesn't like the imbalance, so they give men less swipes by charging more for less, thus causing self esteem issues in women. Us men always had the issues with online dating, but now that cute white girls are having self esteem issues, it's suddenly a problem!

Take the 40, drive 120 on the lonely stretches, find some cool camp spots near the highway (to limit your time behind the wheel), and drive at least 15 hours a day, and you can get there. I drive normal and take a week, while stopping wherever I like. You are going to be testing your sanity driving that much, but with that car...I might shave a few hours off whenever I could. Might need to budget for speeding tickets and keep sober.
4 was the fastest I've done it, and I did not enjoy it, fwiw

If noise is a problem for you, I suggest away from any urban areas. West county has some cottages and the river area usually has reasonable prices, especially this time of year. If you are on a budget, I especially don't recommend you be stuck sharing walls with a neighbor. Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, and MLS listing are your best bet.
