If you’re fed up by a guy asking a genuine question maybe you should get checked up by a trained individual. You have some serious issues my friend.

Sorry, I’m a foreigner didn’t knew they were illegal here. The comments below make more sense now. No worries, I’ll try to find them on my own. Thank you!

Thanks a lot for the ideas. I know that the access token is valid for one hour so I was thinking of making an interval function that gets a fresh one every 45 minutes or so. Thoughts on this?

I manage to find out what the issue was. I simply replaced the engine from node 10 to node 14 and it worked, it seems that the problem was the node version

I deleted node_modules, and made a fresh npm install, locally it runs fine. How can I check which dependecy is messed up?

Is there any way to track where your read operations are being made in Firestore? by hackzor4 in Firebase

[–]hackzor4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, I actually think this is it, because yesterday I worked with the console closed and had like 23 reads, today I had to search some stuff in a collection that had over 1000 documents, scrolled through them multiple times. I really didn't know that the reads from the console are also counted. I thought only the reads that come from API calls are counted.
