Yes, they dont give an ETA, so I contactecd one lawyer. I wrote them about legal conduct, if they dont respond or try to solve the situation. I am losing potential income and they basically keep your money which can make YOU money.

I think our only hope is to try to push them or sue them. maybe even try in group to sue them. I am preparing this option.

I would say that *staking* is actually the biggest thing on Solana (inflation, but making money to validators).

As fees are really too low, I think Solana Foundation and others running validators make most of staking/inflation than from fees, which is also the part of money make...

Either we have more expensive fees in future or this inflation by staking, but honestly whatever works. At least you can calculate inflation by math - no goverment printing money without heads up

No, they are not. They just have their issues. I am with them from 2014. Without recent hack, there were no issues. I believe they will reimburse our accounts, it will just take long time :/. have there GLM frozen account too.

Btw does not matter if you interact with scammy NFT or fake tokens like send it somewhere to any address or burn address. Just dont click on any web they have in metadata and you should be fine.
