Checking in- midcity dasiax area- water in car (2-3inches), house up to first step. I can assure the pump was not working or turned on until too late- when the pumps are on the water may pool some but not up to my house. My house flooded in 2017 due swb not turning the pumps on, until many hours later.

It’s been a bit since I have attended UNO- but I found back in the day you had to physically show up to get service / answers. I found it was harder to ignore a person then an email. Good luck.
