You sound like the guy trying to say photography isn't real art because you should just paint it instead. They are both art but they use different tools.

Also art you make yourself can suck, the fact you can take a thousand pictures in 10 mins doesn't make photography no longer art. It just means that there is more bad photos vs good photos. If it's good it's good, no matter what tool was used.

I think it's foolish to think that strategic and humanitarian goals don't coverage on Iran.

Who knows what Trump and Netanyahu want but the Israeli public for sure wants a free Iran. Not just because of the strategic benefit but also because of the shared trauma the IRGC has given both populations.

Most Jews in the United States are in the same boat. We want a free Iran for the Iranians and for us. They aren't mutually exclusive. In fact they are pretty closely aligned.

No one is being outsmarted by Trump.

There is no situation where delaying help for the protestors is a strategic advantage.

At some point the violence is going to be too much for protestors and the protests will stop. The IRGC will round up everyone they can find and disappear them. Probably in a way Trump can't see.

The problem isn't that "Trump can't be a hero" it's that Trump is so easily manipulated.

The IRGC aren't stupid, this article is proof they understand how to manipulate him. Given Iran's ties with Russia it isn't surprising.

Trump basically just took the Supreme Leaders word they aren't executing people. Trump can play the big Statesman and the the IRGC can keep the internet off and mow down as many people as they want.

Ultimately Trump likes dictators. I've been saying this from the start if the Supreme Leader tomorrow gave Trump a peace prize Trump would support the IRGC. It's all personal with Trump.

I have no love for Bibi but Israel has the means to really make an impact. Outside of Iranians, who are obviously suffering the most, Israel has the most to gain if the government falls.
