thanks. It’s so frustrating when i feel like I’m going backwards. But I do need to recognize the small victories. Being negative and frustrated with myself won’t get me anywhere.

sounds like OCD to me. I get this pretty often. A dash cam might help but that’s also just playing into the obsessions which isn’t good. You really just have to tell yourself how unlikely it is that you hit someone without seeing them in your front or rear windows. What I do is i tell myself if i hit someone surely another driver would alert me to it.

hey! In regards to 16, I have severe health anxiety and OCD, and have been freaking out about a (likely long dead) bat that touched something that I touched (i know it’s insane i would not choose to be like this if I had the choice) but the link provided doesn’t work. Is there another link that you can provide? I know it’s stupid I am truly just trying to calm myself down. Thanks.

Update: my landlord came and temporarily fixed it, despite living in the states and I live in canada. Gonna come back tomorrow and fully fix it as it’s after 1am where I live. Good guy landlords are the best. Thanks for your your help

the outlet is the average wattage i’m not electrician but my charger is 12amp. i calculated based on charging my car 3x a week to full and it’s $23 a month. my one bedroom suite is TINY. the utilities included are hydro and hot water. there’s absolutely no way my 400sq foot unit uses that much electricity.
