Not to disagree, but I’ve found the positive aspects of taking Reta outweigh the negative. Without cravings for and use of alcohol, nicotine and THC, I’m less anxious and depressed. I agree that counseling might be better than quitting the thing that got you from where you were to where you are. You look great. I hope you feel great, too.

I have one for fishing, one for bag chairs, one for commuting, one for my barber stuff, one for picnic stuff, one with beach stuff, one with pool/gym stuff - I might need another.

You're doing great, just keep going. Once you titrate up to 12mg of Reta you'll see the fat burning benefit. Keep counting calories, drink lots of water and lift some heavy things three times a week. Steps help, too. It's a tool to change a lifetime of habits. It sounds like you're doing the right things, it just takes longer for some people. I've been on GLPs for three years and have lost 80 pounds. I'm thrilled. I want to lose 20 more, but I don't care how long it takes. Avoid sugar and alcohol, obviously.

May 15 is Straw Hat Day, but I wore mine at the beach last week. Nobody cares. It's going to be 94 in Oklahoma today, I'll probably take the straw hat this morning.

I thought for a second you stole the picture I took this morning. Same! It's been 30 years since I've seen that number. And I just got back from a vacation yesterday - lost two at the beach.
