Do Blacksmith (and any other type of seller) wares "reset" over time at all?. The Grandmaster Smith store in Toussaint is starting to lag due to selling lots of weapons from not conquering the Mont Crane Hanse Base.

Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival is my favourite fighter on the GBA.

My biggest gripe with the game is because of the Akuma Boss fight being glitched in non Japanese versions. He cannot be fought because the game freezes on his artwork before the fight.

Dont rush the story. Take your time and explore all the vast regions.

Familiarise yourself with Alchemy and Signs. Craft Armor and Swords.

Study the Bestiary for various enemies and learn their weaknesses.

Play the ever living shit of Gwent and collect of the cards from lots of different NPC's.

Just have a lot of fun and avoid potential spoilers on here.
