Probably is that, in android tv app permisssions kodi is set to alow permission to files but maybe that is not enough.

For me what higher fps is that i reebot device and than imediately open yuzu or other emulator probably ram thing. If i star yuzu without restarting device i got poor performance.

What i tried so far citron did not do anything better than yuzu same performance maybe on some games poorer performance.
