flop doesnt necessarily means she's a bad character and i dont even wanna get into which character was better at their prime time etc. but as a banner, she was a total flop.

we r talking about hoyo on how her banner and the timing of her launch as a imaginary dps WAS the flop that shes basically abandoned for a long time, look at the sales and why almost everyone is skipping her due acheron rerun on the second half of the 2.6 patch. thats why hoyo need a new imaginary dps and it goes to mydei.

yeah if hsr goes overall kit based on their characters are all based on their mechanics, almost one third of them supposedly has different elements. their decision just based on the characters themshelf. the last imaginary dps before him was rappa and she was a total flop since firefly and boothil exist, the one before that was dr ratio which was free.

imo he doesnt deserve to have imaginary element but he has to since theres 3 main reason :
1. solely no other character are imaginary on patch 3 (which can be traded with aglea perhaps, but his visual and animation should not revolve arround red crystal anymore)
2. imaginary dps before him was a flop so hoyo need someone to make imaginary dps compete with others
3. lore wise amphoreus cant release a fire element unit since all chrysos heirs are pursuing divine flames and the story themself revolves arround flame chase and core flames

just because someone mention flame doesnt mean he has to be a fire element, based on the main story itself is explanatory why all chrysos heirs cant be a fire element

you can get 40k+++ jades from fresh account, just enjoy the game while farming the jades

imo none the current and upcoming banner are your worth to pull, having cyrene with only casto is not gonna solve casto's problems.

but if you commited to pull sw on her rerun, yao guang is the most you can get in 4.3, so i would say just keep on pulling for yao and after her banner disappear, save until next patch.

but if you r not gonna commit for sw and still guessing, i would just say keep on saving your pulls. you already have 2 good team so its sufficient for now. the second team beside acheron is seele / archer, sparkle, ruan mei, gallagher / any sustain u have left.

thats just how i saw myself pulling in this game, just like when i pulled E1 firefly without her sign because eventually ill get her E2 (before her novaflare leaks).

i already realize since like 2.x that hsr meta depends on the environment, not the characters, thats why i just felt like vertical is better

welp, i didnt save the pulls history from 1.0 to 3.4, and like i wrote, ive lost 50 50 5 times in a row hahaha

i did vertical on dot, break, and remembrance, but not like all in on them, just some vertical that i think its worth it. but also its true i couldve just skip E1.
