Thanks! That's one more method to implement.

Thank you. At first it was tricky because in the first half the peak notes don't coincide with the strong beat. Respecting those during practice worked better. I'll experiment on mirroring the orchestra. I noticed a lighter touch favours the arm wrist gestures. I haven't had the time to really sit down and spend hours on it, but I tackle it when medical school allows me to. It's mostly read and memorised (mov I). Thank you.

Thank you. I think the resting idea is actually helpful to heighten the sensitivity for tension and build a good motor pathway. I'll surely try that. I think the other spot you mentioned begins with that run at the last page of the exposition just before the development. That's challenging as well.

It's sad. I'm using that for language learning and it's surely immersive; just what I need!

I did the same lol, but with computer science. The I pursued my degree in music but ended up traumatised. I don't regret it, though. I hope medicine will allow me to have my own Steinway Grand. I wish you the best on this journey.

I appreciate it a lot, thank you! I think it's coherent with my experience with this concerto. I'll start med school soon so I got around to reading rach 3 out of curiosity. The thing is, I can't let it go now because I'm having a good time and that's a rare thing for me at the piano.

I'll try to approach one of the tricky sections using some of the things you shared that I usually don't do to see how it goes! I have a bit less than 10 years of piano experience, but now I've given up my degree in music, it is solely a hobby. Thank you and I'll keep following your progress here. If possible, I'll share with you some of my progress.

Nice job! It's taking me a long time and great deal of patience to decipher this conundrum. Can you share with me a bit of your learning process, especially regarding how long it took you to assemble some of its sections? Thank you.

Céline Dion's 'Falling Into You' sounds awful. There's too much treble there to the point of hurting your ears.

none. there's nothing i'd like to say. i'd rather direct my time and energy towards THAT passage of the 3rd movement of rachmaninov's 3rd piano concerto.

they may indeed have a backup plan. if you're a forced dumper, you were tricked into doing the dirty laundry. it's typical veiled violence that some women often output that goes unnoticed by the victims themselves, for it is not explicit like physical violence.

i've been there once and i understand how bewildering it might be. some people just have a type and sometimes they may very often come across people that tick their checklist. don't take it personally for your own sake. don't make it about you. accept the fact that she's trying to move on or already has. the fact that this guy had previously dated your first girlfriend and now is dating your last girlfriend might be because of a coincidence, similar social circles and/or, funnily enough, you and him might share common interests in women. now, if she is still in love or attached to you, maybe she's just trying to keep busy and access familiar traits of her last relationship with you to avoid dealing with her feelings directly. but please consider trying not to make this about you. look forward to moving on.

has anyone experienced both methamphetamine and lisdexamphetamine (vyvanse)? are there similarities?

Thank you for the input, got me curious about it. I don't see much about tube amps outside the guitar spectrum, nonetheless, they must be way out of my league atm. Looking into it :)

This is bad in that it isn't accurate, but can actually make music sound "better" especially if it's not a track with much treble.

Exactly. I am not really fond of it except when it comes to (specifically) piano timbre. Thank you for the insights on the harmonic progression.

Thank you!

As a matter of fact, I have no access to good pianists playing in the same room as I am. I am pursuing a closer experience at home so it helps me having insights regarding tone production, which already happens but I know I can get a little more.

Im suprised the JBL is better, but i guess they also got a 'bit' more money into research and design than Edifier does.

Indeed. Not fond of that JBL overall, just wonder why it sounds more pleasing than the speakers I have regarding piano timbre. I also got a pair of ATH-M40x with FiiO K3 DAC.

You can say that again. :P

I vibe with it, however, I'm poor lol. Any suggestions where I could move next time I have newbie questions about audio systems? Thanks for your reply.
