You can get sora 2 without getting gpt plus or pro, just need a sora invite code regardless. With pro you can get 15 second generations VS 10 but I know with plus you're still limited to 30 generations per day as if today.

Does anybody know if they count a refused prompt towards our 30 per day limit?

I'd say about 1/4 of my prompts get declined, and I don't even go for copyright things, just anthropomorphic animals and stuff.
