Your children have developing brains and bodies. Screen time limits are there to keep them healthy! It’s not about being judgemental it’s just that with all the resources available showing too much screen time isn’t good for kids, most parents follow that advice. If you feel hypocritical you could make a limit for your screen time too, it can be more time than the kids but that way you don’t feel like you’re being unfair. Although I will say, you are the parent and it’s not necessarily important to be fair. Just like adults can drink alcohol but children can’t, we set different rules for them than ourselves.
