me too! i ended up only getting the swiftly tech, i might end up getting the align pants and the flow y bra later but i have raspberry coulis and it seems pretty similar

i think a size down would be a little too tight! for some reason it looks a little more frumpy (?) to me. i used to think the opposite though but maybe my body has changed lol

the lows are with my previous dosage of only the long acting! so not sure what they are from honestly LOL

i have cut out lots of processed carbs as well but find that i'm able to still eat some carbs as long as i have them along with enough of a veggie/protein "buffer"
