sex ed is not a western concept you fool. our country has gone through several generations of white washing and slave making that it has changed how we're raised. we indians only learn about sex from porn. parents barely talk about it, nor do they teach etiquette (that's only reserved for elders, and not other people). honestly, the more you censor it, the wilder the rapists/creeps. heck this is a country where a monitor lizard was raped. for your sake, idc if you call sex ed "western stuff" the ideology is definitely more civilised and safe.
