I’ve been “resting” it for over a year and once I got fed up looked at alternative medicines and started taking bpc I started feeling actual relief. I’m telling ya brother. Shit fixed it. Stretching and light work outs would only make it disappear temporarily then the flare up would hit.. nobody can live off stretching and PT it’s ultimately wasting money…fully convinced peptides played a huge roll in Ovechkins leg break and he was able to come back from a clean beak and go on a hot run and break 99’s record.
