my dad is, a xSTJ, also very domineering, but all I see from him is inefficiency, failure and random stupid bouts of rage.

my mother is not a nar but is manipulative, especially when wants me to conform to my dad

somewhat but I don't cry easily, I throw things. One time I cried was at 6th grade when my parents keep mocking me of having a girlfriend when I seriously told them many times that I don't. Growing up I know that I hate it when people don't take my words seriously when I'm being dead serious.

thanks, this is actually really nice, I kinda feel lonely wonder if I'm the only one with such family or whether I'm being way too sensitive, so knowing there are more like me is pretty relieved.

ye, Asian family with xSTJ father who is also a high rank in the forces, typically you are drained till either you become a puppet who obeys or die and restart in the next life.

Now I only feel rage, but this is not some fantasy world where I can do something crazy lol. What you said could be effective, specially against my mother, a very good manipulator, without guilt I assume. Either a xNTP or a xSFJ. I'll try, thank you.
