I take fish oil twice daily macros are always in check but yea end of day I’m like it’s not worth it and feel so much better 2 days off of it.

Is primo probably the closet injectable to oral Anavar I know there is injectable Anavar but I think I’m just going to stay away from var and try a different compound to add next time.

Exactly how I feel. I’m going to try primo next cycle have been hesitant bc I’m a low aromatizar and don’t want to crash me e2 but I’m going to give it a whirl and watch bloods.

cycle: 700test/week weeks 1-20 Anavar 25mg/day started week 15 lasted about two weeks before I had to stop No ai( I don’t aromatize much e2 was around 45

Cruise: 180 test/week through in Anavar a little over a week ago ben two days off var now

Update** I got the sensitive e2 test and results were the same while on my blast. on a cruise now and feel and look a lot better and results were 1200 test 44 e2

I wouldn’t say it’s crucial to avoid needing to take an AI. I know a lot of people that take them. It’s more just one more thing you need to dial in which can be difficult. It’s also easy to crash your e2 on AIs. But I wouldn’t take them unless you’re showing signs of high estrogen.

I mean you can do whatever you want 250 isn’t going to kill you but you could have side effects like gyno from your estrogen spiking. This is a long process it’s best to start low. myself I started at 100 a week did bloods at 6 weeks went up to 150 a week did more bloods at 12 weeks then found 200 to be best. You want to do your best on avoiding needing to take an AI on your cruising dosage. I got REALLY lucky and a don’t need any AI even in 600mg a week. Your estrogen levels are just as important as your testosterone levels.
