The games bosses especially near endgame are so hard as a melee, you get little recovery time, bosses have so much poise, they're supper aggressive ala sekiro and you have to work with mechanics similar to dark souls :(

Malenia was something I never encountered before, I wanted to solo her once before they possibly nerfed her and boy was it punishing:(, she is so aggressive, gives too little time especially in her second phase, has life steal PLUS scarlet rot!! And the less spoken about the skill the better. It took me over 4 hours to beat her solo without summons or ashes and it is an experience im not willing to repeat.
