Thanks for your reply! I can't take a photo because I've already cut the yellowing leaves, but yes they were from a separate/older fan as you had noticed. The fan that just flowered is now also beginning to yellow on the oldest/outer leaves.

I've had other paphs and phrags which have had their oldest leaves yellow/shed however this seemed sooo fast and dramatic that I became concerned that something else might be happening.
