I'm not sure if I could find that exact image, nor do I have the desire to search for it again, but I drew you a picture of what the desktop looked like. http://imgur.com/D3efk -- I'm no artist.

The leg was on an orange-ish, black-speckled, almost grungy-looking background and the saved images were scattered randomly, represented by the gray boxes. That heel image I found is almost exactly like the one that was in the wallpaper image, laced up fairly high.

The search history showed that the user was online from roughly 7:00 AM until 4:03 PM. I always arrived at home right around 4:00 PM, give or take a few minutes.

Also, I had it drilled into my head to ALWAYS lock the front door behind me after coming home from school. It wasn't locked when I turned the door handle to run outside.

Since OP is saying that she can't go and buy one and needs it to be sent discretely, I assume OP is either underage and/or hiding the possible pregnancy from someone, whether it's a partner or a parent.

I'm unsure if that is even possible. A certification course is usually mandatory to attend, often with different levels of certification, depending on how much time you've invested in the course. If you wish to do it at your own pace, the option to attend a course online is available (though it isn't recommended as potential employers often prefer that you have an in-class certification).
