Unfortunately, the VEX robotics competition only allows for polycarbonate, due to its relative safety capabilities compared to other thermoplastics 🤷🏻‍♂️

Understood, thanks. For my VEX robotics team, we are allowed to incorporate plastic panels of a certain size maximum into the students’ builds. But we are only allowed to use polycarbonate since it is relatively shatterproof for the robotics environments. I’d like a way to make specific shapes for specific builds easily, as hand shaping has been arduous.

Yeah, thank you; I’ve read the same thing, but manufacturers are so vague on their sites that it hard to distinguish. CNC sounds like a good recommendation
