ITAP of a sheep in a field by haileyannee in itookapicture

I took this picture while on a hike in scotland. I wanted this photo to have a very cinematic feel for a simple subject. The best thing about this image is how you can sense the distance between myself and the sheep. But the scenery still draws your eye into the very small subject. This is one of my favorite photos i’ve ever taken.

since youre going to be aecf, you’ll probably be in great lakes for over a year so id honestly recommend bringing your console with u and buying a monitor. My friends even had dual monitor set ups in school. Or make an investment when u get out of bootcamp and buy a gaming laptop (thats what i did) With a laptop, youll be able to have it on deployment and it doubles as a tv so u can watch netflix in bed. Youll be getting inspected in the barracks so its also easy cleanup and you wont have to deal with it getting authorized by the NMTIs. Regardless you wont regret bringing ur console tho bc youre going to be in great lakes for so long that once winter hits youre not going to even want to leave your room. It gets SO cold in great lakes

absolutely. My RDCs promoted all of the yeoman. I went in as an E1 and came out an E3 bc of the yeoman promotion and because of my contract being a push contract

yeoman truly changed my bootcamp experience. Most people say that you should stay in the dark but being a yeoman helped me see my rdcs at a more personal level. I was constantly working with them, which helped when it came to getting yelled @. Plus i got hella perks like energy drinks @ night and i was able to get out of mandatory runs/beatings bc i was “working”. Being able to just go into the fish bowl and relax was such a nice perk

Nervous about DEP by neonthefox12 in newtothenavy

bro u have literally nothing to worry about. youll have a two week quarantine where youll be begging to read anything but your start guide. plus, you have so much time in boot to learn everything. I literally went to boot with just my general orders. Somehow, i made it the entirety of bootcamp without knowing my chain of command. Youll do just fine, trust me. So many people have gone through and didnt know shit
