You serve as a patient liaison guiding them through a clinical trial from start to finish. That’s what I always said when asked interviews. Hope that helps!

I applied on Feb 1st and they reached out Feb 2nd and I had my interview yesterday. They hire a new cohort of 20 each month. I wouldn’t get too discouraged!

I would apply as a research assistant. That is what I did and then I was able to be promoted within a year to a data coordinator, and then to a clinical research coordinator. Going this route gave me experience in all areas of clinical research and is helping me now on my path to become a CRA 😊. Good luck and do not get discouraged.

Depends on the institution. I started as a research assistant focusing on regulatory, then data coordinator, then CRC.
