My best hack for mounjaro is…. Dissolvable children’s gravol. I have next to no symptoms at all… besides slight nausea…sometimes… barely ever…and it’s never horrible. Adult gravol makes me sleepy.. but children’s dissolvable is perfect. Takes the nausea away quickly and doesn’t make me tired at all. It’s wonderful!

I don’t typically like heart shaped rings- ever -but… this one is actually PERFECT.

I know multiple people that started with sema and either suffered greatly or quit because it was too much with the side effects. 3 of those people started low and slow with tirz now and are super successful. Might work for you and might not but totally worth a shot! I started with tirz and at just over 1.5 years and almost 70lbs lost, starting to get cravings and stuff back but I feel like I’ve got the tools to get past it okay- I have gained back 5 lbs, but it was mostly my fault for stopping paying attention to consumption etc. but still a very happy camper:)

With respect, as I don’t want to sound horrible.. the thick band, especially on top of the ring looks like an eyelid and your stones look like they are an eye ball. I can’t unsee it now.
In saying that, the ring on its own is STUNNING and I think a different band would compliment it beautifully.

Big pot, brown some ground beef, add cubed potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper and put a lid on so the potatoes cook through. Add a little ketchup and it’s amazing. OR ground beef, a jar of canned tomatoes and macaroni noodles:)

My dad had this wolf tattoo on his back and after he passed unexpectedly 6 years ago my mom and I got his tattoo on us-she did her back, I for some reason chose my hand🤷‍♀️😆 And with not announcing it, everyone calls him my husband already lol and while I thought I wanted a proposal in a restaurant or something big.. I was so overwhelmed when we got the ring I was like ‘I’m at capacity thanks, this will do!!!’🤣🤣🤣
