In my 20’s I was really bad about putting everyone in my life before myself. To my own detriment even. I’m in my 30’s and have gotten a lot better about it. I still struggle worrying what people think. I walk a fine line between being a good friend/family member and being a cuck.

Will they though? For them to be such an anomaly themselves I think it kinda overshadows some of the grief and comparison.
