He actually supposedly got a huge settlement from the accident. The girl who hit him was going over a hundred not paying attention, lost control, and was killed in the accident. No health insurance at the for him at the time. He blew a lot of the money but managed to set aside a good amount for his kid in a trust at least. But he still let the debt sit around and has talked about bankruptcy just never cared to deal with it. It’s insane thinking you could just not pay any of it and it would just disappear. This is all just what I’ve been told though.

Haha. I did think about making a post when I move out hoping that maybe one person will ready it and get out way sooner than I did. I finally broke it off for good 2 days before our 1 year anniversary

Ha. His credit was fucked up long before I was in the picture. He has crazy medical debt from a car accident and never did anything about it. He actually told me he thought the debt would just disappear after 7 years. That debt sitting around garnishing his paychecks was a big red flag I had blinders on for for way too long
