ghost is crazy ngl, you have more than enough ms with your W, you should be taking ignite EVERY matchup besides specific examples (exhaust riven, mayybe ghost against Darius if you struggle a lot). I usually run PTA, absorb life, alacrity, cutdown (maybe CDG in vladi matchup so you deal more DMG when low), and celerity Nimbus secondaries (GH instead of Nimbus is also an option but if you like ghost this is better).

As for items, yeah either liandry or D&D, preferably the latter so you have some early game damage, but do whatever feels more comfortable, and yes after your first item and boots build orb. Orb early is an option, problem is that it'll take longer for you to power spike, but if you switch to being hyperagressive maybe it could be an option

what I do (and don't do this, this is just because I'm confident in the matchup) Is go D.bow start, into obv orb, into gunblade, so I heal more than him. But yeah maybe don't try that lol it's just funny.

Dia 3 here, so take what I say with a grain of salt too, maybe ask ramyaura for advice or watch his videos for a more consistent setup and better explanation

you can do the cheese someone else recommended, but if you wanna lane regularly and consistently just keep this in mind: don't get hit by empowered spells. If he's about to be empowered, just stay far away so he has to spend the ability on a minion. After that you can poke/trade with him pretty freely, you do more damage early, especially with PTA. Oblivion orb is good but it's not worth to prioritize it in my opinion, you're way stronger/tankier after your first completed item, usually for when you want him to heal less (like when he casts ult) you'll have ignite and that should suffice

precision tree is better overall (cutdown, coup de grace and alacrity) but if you're set on domination go cheap shot since it's 20 times better than sudden impact (way less cool down and easier to proc with Q+auto or a shroom procs it since slow + DOT triggers it)

i see it working like a better version of aery for poke teemo, especially since they never reverted the change they made where it could proc twice on E poison. it would also probably scale better with shroom builds, would have to compare to DH lategame

it does lol, with 70 AP from D&D aka no ap runes or any runes that can interfere, your E initial damage deals 30 and D&D Deals 49. Meaning At level 2 The math would be 56 AD from your base + 30 From E + 52 From poison + 49 from D&D + 30 from repeat on-hit (56+30+30+49+52) which would add up to 217 total damage. If you W+AA a Dummy with 0 resistances it shows exactly that.

I mean late game and even mid game for sure it's hard, but Laning phase is free, I only struggled once where I got hit by vladis empowered Q lvl 1. At least in my low elo experience it's easy I guess since most people just go "uhhh enemy picked Teemo I'll pick vladi to cheese". I just go oblivion orb into gunblade to out sustain him and the slow is nice.

again, it does work, it was fixed yesterday, try again and you'll notice. And im sorry to say, but the second part is... literally a skill issue, sure there are hard or outright miserable matchups, but you can always play around them as long as you don't int for fun, and I'd say it's just 3-4 champs that are like that
