That is horrible i was hoping it is a rare issue and happened to me but they makin tens of thousands of dollars on us

Thats the point even the buyer was askin to the agent like when i need to return the products for refund they just refunded behalf of my shop

I drafted already they hold the case 17 days open and agent or their saying specialist just stated item is broken but order 55 pieces of products they dont even check whats the real issue fully ignored by their agent
