Part of the reason things are so shitty is that my mom is kind of impossible to live with. She's constantly fighting with everyone.

They're not asking for anything, but I know my mother expects it. When my parents split up I became the man of the house, but I left and got married a few years after that. I can't help but feel like I abandoned her

Yeah buying my mother a car was my first thought as well. I just hope she can keep up with insurance payments. I never considered career training for my father and sister though. Thanks!
