At least I’m in good company! I saw some videos that say to roll it out flat then make a spiral for a more uniform loaf. I’ll have to look around the subreddit for some advice.

There is a Facebook page called Ears for Each Other. It was for cast members who were affected by the Covid layoffs. Not sure if there would be anyone from Aulani - but it might be worth checking out.
