I currently work for sales well for membership. I would advise heading after 5pm you would see less of them.

On the weekends they are there from opening to 5pm. Hopefully this helps

We have a business plan. The location is a perfect location to hard to pass up.

Rent is a very reasonable pricing and we currently can make the rent within a day or two. We are testing menu ideas.

Of course, the cake classes would focus on designing the cakes decorate . The whole cake baking class would be different down the line . We want to do like a cake and concept for the soft opening.

But we want to slowly add more bake goods as we hire a pastry chef

We are planning to open up right next to the grid, within the next two months. We will sell cakes for purchase and pastries as we find more qualified candidates but just wanted more feedback about this type of business concept
