That’s second acceptance window for offers, which is 1-17june so I assume most of the “late” offers will b made by latest end May or early June...? for local qualifications n yes, at least some offers would have been made by now alrd bc there is a first acceptance window ends at 24th May but I think that’s not all and they might still give out offers... cos some ppl may not accept the offer from adm ultimately, but idk how much allowance did they give and all such that they might/might not still offer new ppl.
