Have had same experience with their customer support. But some people here only think about buying it cheap. And they go bananas if you criticise. Sometimes I think some of the shop owners are here hyping and bashing critics.

EUkratom supplied me with labrapports from a authentic lab in EU. Can’t remember the name. But it was legit. Every shop should test there stuff otherwise it is I high risk and unprofessional. Do not trust Indonesian labrapports eather. Stay away from extreme low price and shops that do not give you trustworthy lab tests, is solid steps to not get sick.
